Q1: What is the Pilot Program?

A: Our pilot allows you to try Lug Fast Logistics with your first 10 completed jobs risk-free. You only pay after each job is successfully completed.

 

Q2: How does pay-on-delivery work?

A: You are only charged after proof-of-delivery (POD) is confirmed. This ensures you see value before any payment is required.

 

Q3: What happens after the first 10 jobs?

A: Once the pilot is complete, you commit to a 12-month service agreement to continue using our platform.

 

Q4: What is the loyalty discount?

A: If you continue service beyond the initial 12 months without interruption, you are grandfathered in at a 3% fee per load, regardless of future rate increases.

 

Q5: Can I cancel anytime during the pilot?

A: Yes — the pilot is risk-free. You can stop at any time, but any completed jobs during the pilot will still require pay-on-delivery payment.
