• Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and business details when registering.

• Operational Data: Job requests, delivery routes, timestamps, and proof of delivery files.

• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card or banking information. We only see limited transaction data (amount, date, transaction ID, and customer name/email) for payment confirmation, reporting, and partner payouts.

• Device Data: App usage logs, crash reports, and IP address for system performance and security.

We use collected information to:

• Operate and improve the Lug Fast platform

• Process and manage delivery requests

• Support billing and payment processing

• Communicate important updates or changes

• Maintain data security and compliance

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Information may only be shared with:

• Service Providers (e.g., Stripe, cloud hosting, analytics tools) strictly for business operations.

• Partner Companies using a white-label version of Lug Fast, solely for managing their own clients.

Each partner company operates under its own client agreements but must comply with Lug Fast’s data security standards.

We use encrypted data transmission (SSL), secure cloud storage, and restricted access to protect user data. Only authorized administrators may access sensitive information.
